What to write to us about

• A tool that gives a wrong result or looks wrong. Please include the page address (and the link from “Copy link” where the tool has one) and say which browser you used.
• The app. Say which device and which version of the app you use. If you write about a purchase, the store receipt number helps. Purchases, refunds and subscription changes are handled by Apple or Google; see the app page.
• A source or a helpline that is out of date. Tell us the page and the correct detail, with a link to the official source.
• A privacy request. See the privacy policy for your rights.

Please do not send your drinking log

We do not need your log, your dates or your health details to answer a question, and we would rather not hold them. Describe the problem instead, or use made-up dates.
